We want our clients to be fully satisfied with their timepieces, therefore we offer a 5-day inspection period and return/refund policy. Please see below for details:

• A return label will be provided and must be used.
• Returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 5% of the total purchase amount (to cover our costs on credit card processing fees) and $100 to cover return shipping. If the watch is exchanged for another watch or store credit, no restocking fee will apply. 
• Watches must be returned in the same condition as initially shipped. If a strap shows signs of wear and tear that prevent us from reselling it, we reserve the right to charge the full value of the strap ($75–$100). 
• Please note, all watch trades, which we gladly welcome, are final unless the watch is grossly misdescribed or misrepresented. Bespoke/custom order products cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• All refunds must be credited in the same tender used for the original purchase with the exception of cash transactions which will be refunded by wire transfer or corporate check. Refunds/exchanges only in the country of purchase. 
• Gift Receipt: Exchange or store credit only in accordance to above return policy period, terms and conditions apply. 
• Please be mindful that the majority of our products are vintage or antique, with many decades of wear and use. As with a vintage automobile, regular maintenance and care is recommended and required to ensure the lasting reliability of the timepiece. None of our timepieces are guaranteed water-resistant. 
• Depending on the timepiece, watches may require service every 2 to 5 years. Our repair technicians are available to service and repair wristwatches purchased through us at our cost. This is a service provided at our discretion. Please contact us for more details. 
• As a condition of this transaction, you also declare that you are the ultimate consumer for any new timepieces purchased and intend to use this merchandise personally, gift it to someone, or add it to your personal collection. Likewise, you confirm that you do not intend to resell any new timepieces for at least one year. You agree and acknowledge that in the event of anything contrary to the foregoing, it shall be grounds to prohibit future transactions at the sole discretion of the seller.
