• Wear or damage to the crystal, strap, or case unless caused by a mechanical defect

Please note: While our serviced vintage mechanical watches typically perform within ±30 seconds per day, they are not as precise as modern quartz models.

Yes, all watches sold by Gauthier come with a one-year limited mechanical warranty. Should you experience a mechanical issue within that period, please reach out and we’ll coordinate return shipping for evaluation.

Absolutely. Each of our watches has recently undergone a complete service by our in-house expert watchmaker. While some vintage pieces arrive in excellent condition, many require careful attention due to past neglect or improper repairs. Every GAUTHIER timepiece is thoroughly inspected, fully serviced, and any known flaws are clearly detailed in both the listing and photographs.

At this time, we only offer restoration services for timepieces originally purchased from GAUTHIER Watches.
